Some really good advice for moms is to stop doing everything for your kids. My daughter shocked my pants off with one thing she told me once she had roommates and was settled into college. She actually thanked me for making her clean, work and cook when she was in high school. She saw her roommates take laundry back home for their moms to do, be messy and just not know how to do a lot of anything.
If you don’t like people who shoot it straight and you don’t want any unsolicited advice, then do not… I say again, do not click on the links for this post. However, if you don’t mind some honesty from a mom who has been through it, then please sit back with some coffee or tea for a good read.
