I have to admit I am not a clean freak and there is often lots of clutter around my house, but I do love a good deep cleaning every now and then. It really helps to get a new season off right with a fresh, clean home for spring time.
I have found it is hard to keep a home clean with lots of little ones. Deep cleaning tasks like spring cleaning can sometimes take weeks for me to accomplish with so much going on. This year, there is a lot of cleaning that I want to tackle, and it’s about time I get my children involved. This would be great to do at the end of the week. I think we may take a Friday off and and tackle these chores on Friday and Saturday and end with an ice cream treat for dessert!
If you are looking for ways to get your little ones involved in spring cleaning, printables and chore charts are the way to go. These can be laminated and checked off as you go, or hung up on the fridge. You can even make sticker charts as a reward system. There are lots of printable to help get you started!
