I am always looking for fun and creative ways to make math fun for my little ones. We are not a math family, and this is one of those subjects that are always dreaded. Math facts are important to learn to make math easier and more doable for a struggling learner.
If you are trying to help your little ones work on their math facts I found the cutest alternative to flash cards from The Stem Labratory. These cards use fact families with the flip flopped math facts. This will help your kids to memorize their fact families a lot faster. This is a fun printable of family houses that you laminate and then you can choose which facts you want your kids to work on. Once laminated they work like little dry erase boards. This is a lot more fun than flashcards and can be a fun challenge for siblings to work on together.
