Peanuts were always one of my go-to snacks. I loved them plain, salted, roasted, honey-roasted, covered in chocolate…you name it, I loved them. And even though I can’t eat them anymore, I was able to pass along my love of peanuts to some of my children. They love trying new recipes with peanuts at the focus, so I thought others might too! I’ve gathered some delicious recipes we’ve tried and some that are on our list for the future. I hope you enjoy!
