My one travel experience to Wisconsin was to see my baby brother compete in his first DCI (Drum Corp International) competition one summer. It was in August, so it was semi warm, but nothing compared to Oklahoma in the summer. We drive by the Wisconsin Dells and I have always wanted to go back with my family. We sampled lots of cheese and different foods unique to the area. But truthfully, that was the extent of our touring of the state. So, I definitely would like to visit again.
We love to travel and see and explore new places. Wisconsin isn’t that far from Indiana, so we hope to take a trip there one day soon. But it will definitely be in the late Spring – Summer time frame, since their winters can be harsh. As with all the other states we want to visit, I want the kids to learn about the different places and sites we would like to see and explore. This helps the kids get excited about it and even look forward to any future trips. If you’ve never been there, you can join us as we learn about Wisconsin with these great resources I have gathered. Each state has a unique history, fun facts and wonderful sites to see, so get exploring!
