Tweens could really use some things to keep them occupied, and these 24 cool crafts and skills to learn will do just that. My poor kids. I have banned the word “bored” in our home. Really, I did. My kids know that if they ever slip and say they are “bored”, they will be washing windows before they could even blink. The same goes for any kids that stay over our home; I warn them and their parents first, of course. Although, they need to find ways to use their imagination and have fun on their own, there are some ways parents can help.
My daughter is a sweet, precious girl and does really well at many things. Unfortunately, I can tell she does get bored sometimes and could use more safe and wholesome outlets to take up some of her time. I found her a few little activities to do like adult coloring books and reading new books, but these crafts seem super cool for her. She will be really excited to try these at home, since she is way over the making slime phase.
