Note taking is such an important skill that we need to teach our teens. Did you know that is rarely taught in high schools anymore? If your teen is college bound, then they definitely need to learn strong note taking skills now.
I found a great post from Abundant Life Blog that can help you teach your teens important note taking skills. She has done a ton of research on the topic and lists several different ways to learn to take notes. She talks about how general note taking skills, how to take notes that will be useful for studying from later, how to find note taking opportunities, and the different types and styles of note taking with examples.
