Play is a great way to solidify learning. I love finding free printables and activities that keep my little ones busy and for them to work on during school time. 
If you are working on learning numbers and number formation I have found the cutest printable number and rhyme mats from Preschool Mom. This set includes the numbers 1 -10 and has a fun transportation theme with a rhyme for your children to learn the proper number formation as they drive their cars around the number road. These would be perfect laminated to use over and over again and work great for free play time.
