The New Years is great time to get motivated, to make some much needed changes. Are you up for a challenge this New Year? I am never really up for one, but this will only take 15-20 minutes of your time each day. THAT is doable; especially, if its to help motivate, create realistic plans for success and enjoy some wins in self-care.
Being a mom is exhausting sometimes, so to even think about doing hair and making just seems too much and discouraging. However, it is so worth not staying in the ‘mom slump’ day after day. You are worth looking after!
