Can you believe the first month of 2018 is already behind us? This month we have several fun and exciting holidays, including Groundhog Day, President’s Day, Valentine’s Day and even some fun daily ones. If you’re looking for some delicious meals for Valentine’s Day, don’t miss these fun recipes!
Just like the last few months, I have created two meal plans. On the regular meal plan, slow cooker meals remain on Sundays and Wednesdays or for those times you need a meal ready-to-eat. If you’d like to switch up some of the Slow Cooker Meals to an Instant Pot recipe, check out my beginners post in the series for a great link to help! With winter continuing across much of North America, I have included many warm and comforting soups.
As for the Instant Pot Meal Plan, I have included some 15-minute and 30-minute IP meal options so you can use those on days you need quick meals (like nights you have to run out for church or extra-curricular activities). Also, the suggestions for breakfasts, lunches, snacks and desserts are all Instant Pot recipes!
Feel free to move any of the recipes around as needed to fit your family’s schedule. You can even mix and match the two meal plans! There is a variety of meats (fish, chicken, beef, pork) as well as soups and salads (on both plans) to keep the whole family happy. My hope each month is that you will find some new favorites to add to your own must have rotation. Once again I have included some quick and easy Breakfast, Lunch, Snack and Dessert ideas to help you throughout the month.
You can download each meal plan by clicking on the corresponding images below.
