I have to admit that a few years back I was in a super, bad slump (it lasted a few years actually). Wearing sweats and my hair up in a bun is just what I did. Nothing could make me put on makeup or feel pretty. I thankfully got over it… with the help of my lovely friend who pointed it out to me (gently). However, it really opened my eyes to know that I should feel OK about myself and it helped me inside to pay attention to what I wore when leaving the house. If any of you are going through a slump like I was or just looking for some help with your wardrobe for the New Year, then take a look at this guide to planning a better mom wardrobe with FREE printable. You are worth it!
