I eat a modified Paleo diet because I am trying to kick my autoimmune conditions to the curb. My little one also has a gluten and dairy sensitivity and goes crazy when she consumes sugar, so we eat pretty clean here. When I say crazy, I mean CA-RAZY! Like her body temp raises, she gets a headache, becomes weepy and loses all self-control. So, yea, no refined sugar for her!
