I love summer time, especially here in Florida. Yes, it can be hot, but the tropical flowers are in full bloom and the beaches are wonderful. It is fun to pretend I live in a tropical paradise.Summer time is a great time to do some fun unit studies that are themed. This is the perfect time of year to learn about Hawaii and other tropical themed islands. This theme would also be great to do if you plan on visiting a tropical island for a summer vacation or family trip!
