Why is the brain so interesting?
The brain is one of the most complex and interesting organs in the human body. It is made up of billions of neurons that send messages so that your body can complete different tasks. It communicates through our spinal cord to the different parts of the body.
The brain is the most important organ in our body and we be able to live if it wasn’t functioning. It allows us to move around, to think and make decisions, to feel emotion and to store memories. Our brain is more powerful and can store more than the biggest super computer ever created.
Different Parts of the Brain
There are two different parts of the brain. Our brain is divided into the left brain and the right brain. You may have heard of right brain and left brain learners and may notice the difference in personalities in your own children.
There is a concept from a study done in the 1960’s that the left brain controls more logical, analytical and objective thinkers. While the right brain is creative, thoughtful, artsy and emotional. New modern research science shows that each side works together and one is not more powerful than the other, though some people just show stronger traits than others.
