It’s 2017, and most of us lead such a frenzied life that we only have time for the fast-paced. We should be more efficient than ever but are so busy packing more into our already-slammed schedules that we barely have time to pick up a pre-packaged, store-bought product that barely resembles food. There are healthier alternatives available, but they’re usually double or triple the cost of the conventional product!
