Last week I shared with you some great Whole30 Breakfast recipes to get your morning started right. But what about lunch? Lunch seems to be my most difficult meal to stay on track. By the time I finish feeding the baby and we get school done, it is time for lunch. I always get the kids their food first, then I feed the baby again and by that time it is usually after 1:00 and I’m starving. However, I do so much better when I have a plan in place and even better when I have meals prepared ahead of time.
There are rules and guidelines to follow if you want to take this challenge. “The Whole30 Program Rules. Eat meat, seafood, eggs, tons of vegetables, some fruit, and plenty of good fats from fruits, oils, nuts and seeds. Eat foods with very few ingredients, all pronounceable ingredients, or better yet, no ingredients listed at all because they’re totally natural and unprocessed.” Read more about how to get started here.
