Watermelon. Its probably the one fruit most people think of during the summer. I know its one that my kids always want. But after a while…just plain watermelon gets a little boring, so I thought some of these refreshing recipes might give us a change of pace every so often. Some of them sound a little strange, but they have rave reviews, so I’d be willing to give them a try.
