In just a few days we’re starting the second quarter of the year – can you believe it? April is here and Spring is in full swing. If you’re like us, that means warmer weather, evenings outside and grilling in non-freezing temperatures.
Grilling season is back! I know many people grill year round, but I just think grilled food tastes better in warmer weather. So, this month you’ll find grilled meals on Friday nights. Feel free to pick and choose what works for you and your family or even move things around if you need a slow cooker meal on another day. My hope each month is that you will find some new favorites to add to your own must have rotation. Once again I have included some quick and easy Breakfast, Lunch, Snack and Dessert ideas to help you throughout the month.
If you’re looking for some more spring ideas, be sure to check out our recent fruit round-ups.
