Can you believe we’re already ushering in the third month of the new year? It just flying by and I’m doing my best to keep up. Life is crazy, homeschooling is crazy and dinners are suffering. It’s time to get back to our menu plan!
I have a few soups this month as it can be still a bit chilly, but we are beginning to transition into warmer, spring-like temperatures. So you will find a few more salads and less winter comfort foods as the month moves on. Next month, look for more grilled meals – my favorite! Feel free to pick and choose what works for you and your family or even move things around if you need a slow cooker meal on another day. My hope each month is that you will find some new favorites to add to your own must have rotation. Once again I have included some quick and easy Breakfast, Lunch, Snack and Dessert ideas to help you throughout the month.
If you’re looking for some more winter ideas, be sure to check out our Winter Recipes Wrap-Up.
