Hopefully you had a wonderful Christmas with those you love. We had a lovely time at home with just the six of us and then picked my mom up from the airport on Saturday. The kids are so excited to have their “Nannie” here for a week of fun. But that doesn’t mean I can’t get some meals planned out.
The holiday frenzy is over and winter is setting in across the Northern Hemisphere, so I included some delicious soups, slow cooker meals, comfort foods and more. Feel free to pick and choose what works for you and your family or even move things around if you need a slow cooker meal on another day. My hope each month is that you will find some new favorites to add to your own must have rotation. Once again I have included some quick and easy Breakfast, Lunch, Snack and Dessert ideas to help you throughout the month.
If you’re looking for some more winter ideas, be sure to check out our Homemade Hot Chocolate Recipes and Warm Winter Soup Recipes.
