Every kid loves Dr. Seuss! He’s crazy, silly, and smart! Enjoy this free, printable Dr. Seuss Word Search. It has 18 words all about Dr. Seuss and his beloved books.
When I was a child I loved watching Dr. Seuss specials on T.V. There weren’t many available, it wasn’t a series or anything, but when it came on I was glued in front of the television.
Here are some of the ones I remember watching: Horton Hears a Who!, The Cat in the Hat, The Lorax, Dr. Seuss on the Loose, The Hoober-Bloob Highway, Pontoffel Pock, Where Are You?, The Grinch Grinches the Cat in the Hat, and the The Butter Battle Book. Some of these titles are from the 1970’s (but I watched them in the 80’s, I don’t want to make myself older than I really am, ha!).
I had a lot of the Dr. Seuss books though and loved how they rhymed. Green Eggs and Ham was one of my favorites. I secretly wanted to try green eggs. I wish a show would get my kid to want to try and eat something green (although now that I think about it, green eggs sound disgusting!).
