Juicing started out as a fad, but I have seen some great results in my friends after they took the plunge. I don’t claim to be a medical expert, nor do I support the “juicing” as a complete diet. However, I do think juicing can be a great way to add in some extra vitamins throughout the day that may give you a pick-me-up and boost of energy. I also think it could be a fun way to get some more veggies and fruit in to your kids. So, I thought I would put together some juicing recipes for you all.
