Spring is finally here, the days are getting hotter and longer and most kids are looking forward to their summer break from school work. Even if you school year round, I am sure there is still a summer break in there somewhere. But for us moms, our work is just starting. For us, it’s planning season. It’s the time of year when we evaluate the past year to see what worked for us and what didn’t work, and we start looking for new curriculum. We start searching the internet for reviews and ratings on certain books and software, we devour Pinterst day and night, get all of our choices made, feel a sense of joy and accomplishment and then we read a blog or two and we see yet another curriculum choice that must be THE BEST for our child.
There goes our well laid out plans. Back to the drawing board.
To help all of us planning-crazed moms and the ones who have it all together (how I envy you) I am putting together a round-up series of resources for each subject and for a few other topics. This will be the main link up page for each round-up post and as I write each one, I will link it here. So bookmark this page, save it on Pinterest and any other way you can because this will be a resource you can use each year for years to come. I will try to keep this updated over time as well.
These are the planned topics in order of posting.
6 – Foreign Language Resources
7 – History Resources
