Can you believe we are already planning for APRIL? These first few months have just flown by. Spring is showing up slowly where we live – in fact, it snowed again yesterday – but, it is peeking through in the flowers and bits of grass popping up. And in a couple weeks we will be celebrating Resurrection Day, so I included a more traditional Easter lunch option for that day.
I have also included is a variety of salads and a good mixture of different meats so you won’t get bored or have too much of one. Some fun new dishes giving a twist to some old favorites are also included! Feel free to pick and choose what works for you and your family. My hope is that you will find some new favorites to add to your own must haves! You will also notice that I made all the Sunday and Wednesday recipes for the Slow Cooker to make those days just a little easier and smoother!! Once again I have included some quick and easy Breakfast, Lunch and Snack ideas. I also added some yummy desserts to the list this month!
The printable file is a PDF, which you can easily download and view or print from your own computer. The underlined words in the file are clickable links that will take you directly to the recipe. If you have any recipes you would like considered for our weekly round-ups or monthly menus, please feel free to submit them HERE.
