Wayfarers is a curriculum guide which covers all basic subjects from preschool to graduation with an emphasis on quality literature, narrations, and no busywork.
Each day has a two-page spread which has ALL the work for the day, from art to zoology, scheduled in an easy to use format so you can see the entire day’s work for ALL of your students at a glance. Each week begins with Signposts, a section which includes notes about the work for the upcoming week and lists of supplies for some of the activities and science projects. Each week ends with Milestones, a section which includes a History Through Art selection and a brief unit study component from the geography read-alouds, and each term (12 weeks) has a recommended composer for family listening.
Wayfarers includes an adjustable reading plan for science and history, geography through literature, and scheduled written and oral narrations for each day of the week. While some Christian book options are included, Wayfarers would also be easy to use secularly.
Ancient History is the first volume in the Wayfarers series, with volumes 2, 3, and 4 coming soon.
