Someone in our Facebook Group posted a link to a site I hadn’t heard of, so I had to check it out. While the website is something to be desired, what I found was pretty awesome! It is called Sound City Reading and the printables are all free.
It may take some time to figure out what you are looking at, but hang in there. I clicked Reading Street for First Grade in the left column and found black and white decodable books for printing and comprehension tests to go with each unit, as well as word cards, spelling pages and activities that go with each book/unit.
They also have beginning readers (Kindergarten) and more advanced readers materials. You could put together a nice reading/phonics program with this website! I sure do love finding awesome free resources!
