Fire Safety Week is October 5-11. This year’s theme, announced by NFPA, is Working Smoke Alarms Save Lives. Fire Safety is something that should not only be taught, but encouraged with your kids. Whether you practice Fire Drills or just talk about it and do fun printables to reinforce what they’ve learned, please talk about Fire Safety with your children. And use this time to show your kids where all the Smoke Alarms are in your house and test them together. Use these printables, books and activities to help you.
