This is the third post in our Farm Animal Science Series!
This week we will be learning about chickens! Chickens are such an important animal that provide us with yummy eggs and meat, they also make for some really fun pets! We recently started our first backyard flock. The kids and I have learned so much. My son and my husband got to research and build the coop and chicken run and the girls and I are really enjoying collecting the eggs and petting and holding the chickens. We enjoy watching them and their funny little personalities!
