This is a guest post from Jennifer at Faith and Good Works Blog.
This year we are using the Imagination
Station Series as the spine for our Social Studies lessons. Since the books
are not in chronological order, I created Our Imagination Station Travels Timeline
Book to record our adventures.
are 14 books in the series so I printed 14 timeline pages and used my comb-binding
machine to put together our Travels Timeline Book. The timeline pages have a blank
label to write in the year(s) that each book is about. I have filled in the timeline
labels starting with the book in the series that is the earliest date. After reading
each book, we will add images (either hand-drawn or cut & paste) with brief
descriptions to the timeline pages.

I will be sharing our completed Timeline Pages each
month, after we finish each book. We should be finished with the first book,
Voyage with the Vikings, next week after we return home from our summer vacation
(we are in Virginia, visiting family right now!)
