Kids LOVE to learn about the people around them. They are fascinated by the jobs done for them and around them right in their community. Why not start a great discussion with them about the people to keep them safe, healthy, learning and growing?
What’s In The Pack?
We’ve given you 12 flash cards to look over and study the words that describe people in our communities.
Then we’ve included 12 clip cards so kids can use paper clips or clothes pins to CLIP the picture represented by the label written at the top. This activity is a big hit with young learners.
Lastly, we’ve added 2 journal pages. Your kids can use these to write a thank you letter to a helper, or draw a picture, or maybe even practice copying the vocabulary words.
