My favorite years of homeschooling are the beginning years – when young children are eager to learn and soak everything up like a sponge. I loved teaching my girls at these stages and eagerly used a lot of hands-on type tools, much like the products found at Teach My (but I pieced everything together and spent WAY more than these awesome kits).

Note: I was financially compensated for this post/giveaway. Any opinions are completely my own based on my experience. Read our full disclosure here.

I no longer have young learners as we graduated one in May of 2018 and our youngest is now in fourth grade, so when Teach My reached out about doing a giveaway, they sent a kit to Annette to preview before we offered a giveaway. She LOVED it! Here’s what she has to say about it:

Last year, our youngest daughter was finally promoted to the “official” homeschool table. She is a free spirit that loves make-believe and using her imagination. So we continued to let her learn through play and experience. However, over the summer we realized that even though she completed all her kindergarten work, there were holes – some big and gaping, some small. So, when I was offered the chance to receive a Teach My Kindergartener Learning Kit, I jumped at the chance to check it out.

I told my daughter a new curriculum review for her homeschool was coming in the mail, so when it arrived we tore open the box like it was Christmas morning! She was so excited to get started that I had to reel her back in a little while I reviewed the instructions and made sure everything was in order. I was impressed with the organization of the kit and how each separate “subject” has it’s own storage pouch! Score one for OCD mommas!

We are using this kit as a review for our daughter, but it would also be a wonderful hands-on addition to any kindergartener’s curriculum. It includes everything you need to teach spelling/sight words, counting/money, telling time (both analog and digital), and calendar time (dates, years, days of the week, months of the year and more).

Even though we’ve only been using this kit a short time, we have already fallen in love with it! I love the ease and organization of it and my daughter loves the bright colors and fun learning style it offers. In fact, I have put the toddler kit on my wish list for our 2 year old! – Annette Breedlove

We wanted to give you a chance to win a bundle of Teach My Preschooler Learning Kit AND Teach My Kindergartener Learning Kit. If I would have had these kits available to me years ago, I would have totally purchased them, because the price is GREAT!
