Grab this free reading log and 2-page book report form to help independent readers keep track of their daily reading. Kids should read for at least 30 minutes a day, and should record what they read in reading logs to capture the information. The free reading log has spaces to record the date, author, book title, time spent reading, and pages read. The 2-page book report form helps assess reading comprehension. The book report questions vary in levels based on Bloom’s Taxonomy.
