Grab your free  free homeschool community service planning record for your middle school or high schooler. Many colleges take these as part of applications. They really do help in the college application process or if your child would like to apply fro any scholarship and needs some bonus points. Some states require more intensive record keeping and so if your child is doing anything to give back to the community this form will work perfectly. When my daughter was accumulating hours, I had to makeshift my own record. It was super basic, but rhis one is great!
