Please pray for me you guys, because I struggle with exercising and eating right, but that is a whole other monster. They say that if you don’t make exercise a priority, there’s a very good chance it’s not going to happen. It takes dedication, motivation, and commitment to stick with consistent exercising. I really need help with this, so I thought I was motivate you as I try to motivate myself. It has to be worth it, I find myself so tired and feeling down. I am hoping this may help to give me a kick start.
