Pablo Picasso was born in Spain in 1881. He was one of the greatest painters of the 20th century and is considered a Modern Era artist. He was a sculptor, painter, ceramacist, and co-founder of the Cubist movement of geometric abstract paintings, which he is most famous for. He spent his artistic years creating in Paris, France with other artist friends.
