I am not a fan of bell peppers, but my husband and several kids are. So, I decided we should check out some new and different recipes to switch things up a bit. I’m not a creative cook in the least. In fact, if it’s not written in the recipe it probably won’t make it in the pan.

After being married to my adventurous cook of a husband for nearly 14 years, I have begun to step outside my comfort zone, but due to my limited diet, I can’t taste many of the recipes I make for the family. So, he still usually ends up adding more spices and flavor when he gets home. However you cook, I think these Stuffed Peppers recipes look amazingly delicious just the way they are! Check them out if you love bell peppers!
