I don’t know about your family, but we eat a lot of chicken. It is one of the few proteins that doesn’t give me fits, so it is on the menu quite often. However, my family gets tired of the same recipes over and over, so I do my best to change things up a bit for them (and me too).

That being said, chicken can take a long time to prepare and cook, so I like to have ready-made meals to go that I can throw in the oven, slow cooker or even Instant Pot at a moments notice. That’s when freezer meals come in handy! I made a ton of them (not just chicken) when I was pregnant, so my husband could still have home cooked meals, but without all the prep work.
