For much of the country, winter has arrived. Whether you have falling snow, blizzards or just colder than summer temperatures, winter is coming. And winter to me means soups. Lots of warm, comforting soups. And of course, Christmas. Meal plans are my go-to when life gets crazy and hectic, like it does for most families in December.
Just like last month, I have created two meal plans. On the regular meal plan, I kept slow cooker meals on Sundays and Wednesdays for those times you need a meal ready-to-eat. If you’d like to switch up some of the Slow Cooker Meals to an Instant Pot recipe, check out my beginners post in the series for a great link to help!
As for the Instant Pot Meal Plan, I have also included some 15-minute and 30-minute IP meal options there as well. Also, the suggestions for breakfasts, lunches, snacks and desserts are all Instant Pot recipes. With Christmas this month, I shared the delicious round-up of Christmas meal options in the Instant Pot, that I know will be a hit!
Feel free to move any of the recipes around as needed to fit your family’s schedule. You can even mix and match the two meal plans! There is a variety of meats (fish, chicken, beef, pork) as well as soups and salads (on both plans) to keep the whole family happy. My hope each month is that you will find some new favorites to add to your own must have rotation. Once again I have included some quick and easy Breakfast, Lunch, Snack and Dessert ideas to help you throughout the month.
