My kitchen is semi-paperless, but I’m thinking about all the money I could save if I went almost completely paperless. I personally like to have paper towels on hand for icky messes that need to get thrown away, but those are truly few and far between. My daughter sewed me cloth napkins for Christmas last year and we love using them when we dine. We also like to use cloth kitchen towels to dry our clean hands on.
