My oldest who just graduated our homeschool last year was never interested in art. He hated drawing and never believed that he was good at it.
Art-for-TeensWhen you homeschool it can be hard sometimes to introduce our kids to different electives if they aren’t interested in that subject. Art can be one of those things for a teen that doesn’t have a natural talent for it. A lot of times our teens can struggle with realistic drawing if there brain isn’t wired for it.

These free printable drawing lessons from Starts at Eight will help your teens to look carefully at outlines and shapes instead of drawing what they think they see in their brain. These exercises will help your teens to start drawing more realistically when they practice them on a regular basis. You can download the free drawing lessons HERE.
