Ernest Hemingway produced most of his work between the mid-1920s and the mid-1950s, and won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1954. Many of his works are considered classics of American literature. He was a very interesting man, that led an adventurous life. There are also some fascinating stories and facts about him. Did you know that he lived in a house full of cats that had six toes?!?

If your students are interested in learning about American Literature or Ernest Hemingway, then check out this post HERE. You will learn many facts about Hemingway, ideas for unit studies, as well as links to a virtual tour of his home!
