Recently, when we stayed in Tennesse, we were just a few hours from North Carolina. So, of course, we had to make a trip! Unfortunately, we didn’t anticipate the time it would take to cross over the mountain to get there. While the drive was lovely, by the time we actually made it over the mountain our kids were d-o-n-e, done. So, we didn’t make it to Asheville, as I had originally planned…but, we did make it in to North Carolina, so it counts!
