I’ve been on a bacon kick lately – cooking it for breakfast and to include in recipes. Seems like no matter how much I wipe up and mop, the smell lingers and won’t go away. I’ve been on a salmon patty kick lately, too. You can imagine the smell. I wish it were as easy as opening the windows and getting a draft to blow the smell out, but with a 92 degree day with a heat index of 108 degrees and the humidity of 79%, that’s just not going to happen.
