As we walk through this Whole30 journey I have already shared breakfasts, lunches and dinners. But if you’re like me, its the snacks that get you. And sometimes you just want something more than water, so beverages can be a challenge. However, I have scoured the web and found some delicious options for you and I’m excited to share them with you today.

Eat meat, seafood, eggs, tons of vegetables, some fruit, and plenty of good fats from fruits, oils, nuts and seeds.
