Isn’t a new year so exciting? It’s so easy to spring board off the knowledge that an entire year is ready and waiting for anything we want to throw at it! Part of the joy of health and fitness is the mental boost we get from knowing we are working hard to pamper our bodies with sweat, movement, and whole foods. By keeping track of it on paper, we’re able to see the progress that’s made even if we may not feel it in our bodies that day!
