Isn’t a new year so exciting? It’s so easy to spring board off the knowledge that an entire year is ready and waiting for anything we want to throw at it! Part of the joy of health and fitness is the mental boost we get from knowing we are working hard to pamper our bodies with sweat, movement, and whole foods. By keeping track of it on paper, we’re able to see the progress that’s made even if we may not feel it in our bodies that day! (I’ve been keeping track of my walking schedule for a year now, and it inspires me to keep going even on blah days.)

Check out this fantastic, motivational Health and Fitness Tracker! It’s got a space to track snacks, meals, workouts, water consumption, and even sleep! Say hello to a fabulous, healthier you this 2017!
