There are so many recipes and hacks for making DIY natural cosmetics and beauty products. This is the first one I’ve ever seen for making your own mouthwash! Have you seen the ingredient list on the side of store-bought mouth wash? You’re swishing with stuff like poloxamer 407, “flavor” (Huh? What exactly does that mean?), and FD&C green no. 3. Hmm.

Be gentle on your mouth by gargling with this easy Homemade Mouthwash. If you take a few moments to make your own mouthwash with filtered water, aloe vera juice, baking soda, and essential oils, you’ll have something to truly smile about.
