Field trips are such fun! As a homeschooler, I say we should work as many of them as possible into a school year. Because we can! A visit to the sheriff’s office, a zip line adventure, and a trip to the alligator farm are all field trip opportunities that have come our way just in the past few weeks. While we may not actually attend every one that we’re invited to, it’s still great to participate whenever it’s possible.
These free, printable Field Trip Record Sheets will help your student really focus in on the learning that can take place on a field trip. If you let her see the sheet ahead of time, she can be on the lookout for answers throughout the trip. My favorite part of the record sheet is at the bottom where it asks how the student would rate the trip. It’s always nice to know your opinion counts!
