I am flipping out to be able to share this with you! I love to cook, but have had more than my fair share of kitchen injuries. (I have a fantastic knife injury story that we’ll save for another time.) A big thing I love to do is chop, slice, cut – anything that involves a knife. The sad thing is that I’m not very skilled at using a knife. Until now.

This free online Knife Skills Class is taught by chef, Brendon McDermott, and he covers proper hand placement, the four fundamental cuts, and a ton more! Craftsy is a first-class online studio that offers tons of home-related classes. Their classes are professionally produced and are a pleasure to watch. This one is free!!!

I signed up for this Knife Skills Class and already completed watching the almost two hour’s worth of sessions! It’s fabulous, and I can already notice a big difference in the size and consistency of my dice! There’s no obligation to sign up for this one class. I promise you are going to love this!
