30+ THM Crossover Recipes

Crossovers are a meal that should be used sparingly in the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle. The Crossover is a meal that is too high in fat or carbohydrates to be considered an S or E meal. These meals are great for those maintaining a healthy weight or trying to gain weight, but should be used by others sparingly. Here are some great crossover meals as well as some meals that can easily be transformed to a crossover.

Sugar-Free Cinnamon Sugar Toast – see her notes to make this a crossover
Pretzel Dogs – use regular hot dogs for a crossover
Homemade Pizza Recipe – add additional cheese & any other toppings to make a crossover
Beef Stroganoff – use full fat cream cheese for a crossover
Pumpkin Spice, Dairy-Free Cheesecake – use cashews for a crossover
Dorito flavored popcorn
Lime Chicken Soft Tacos
Crock-pot Baked Potatoes – Sweet potatoes is THM, load them up for a delicious crossover
Amazing Applesauce Muffins
Sweet Potato Chocolate Chip Cookies – use a plan approved sweetener
Kale and Cabbage Sautee – use stevia instead of sugar or honey and serve with rice for a crossover
Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry – serve over rice or Quinoa for a crossover
Black Bean, Avocado, Cucumber and Tomato Salad 
Buttered Lentils
Pumpkin Turkey Chili – Enjoy it with cheese, sour cream and beans for a crossover
Sweet Potato Casserole
Quick Cajun Dirty Rice

Apple Cranberry Steel Cut Oatmeal – add a splash of cream or a pat of Kerrigold butter for a crossover
Peaches & Cream Bake
Orange Dream Recipe
Rhubarb Custard Bars
Easy, Healthy Fried Sweet Potatoes
Monkey Bread
THM Cinnamon Rolls
Hamburger Skillet Meal
Thai Chicken Curry with Sweet Potatoes and Spinach
No-Bake Style Cookies – 3+ at one sitting makes this a crossover dessert/snack
Cinnamon Citrus Crumble Muffins – follow the ingredients in parenthesis to make a crossover
Chicken Lettuce Wraps – serve with brown rice for a crossover
Homemade Bread
