The past few weeks we have been looking at the THM lifestyle. I’ve about got my husband convinced that he won’t miss much of his favorite foods as we move to closer to changing our eating habits. Here are some of the delicious recipes I found to make meals a treat and not a chore…all while losing weight with Trim Healthy Mama!
